I require at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancelling within 24 hours will be charged 100%. No shows will be charged for their missed appointment. 

I understand that emergencies and illness happen. I will waive the charge at my discretion. 

Any illicit or sexually suggestive behavior either physical or verbal made by the client will result in immediate termination of the session. Client will be liable for the full scheduled appointment cost, and client may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Massage is contraindicated under certain conditions.  Some reasons for refusals  include (but are not  limited to): certain medical conditions, intoxication, illness or contagious condition.
